Axle: 9/16" CNC machined Cr-Mo. Body: Die-cast aluminium. Bearing: LSL bushing & sealed. Binding: Dual-sided Cr-Mo, Tension adjustable (80~140kgf.cm). Cleats: Shimano SPD Type Cleats, Single direction release only. Weight: 300 g/pr = 0.65lb (without cleats).
Sealed Bearing For Better Performance: The sealed bearings provide superior performance compared to ball bearings.
Dual Function: Riding with clipless shoes offers more efficient energy transfer to the pedals. Riders can also ride casually without clipless shoes, making these pedals suitable for both scenarios.
Cleats Included: The package includes one pair of 2 pedals with cleats.
Warning: Practice the release mechanism before riding. Watch the instruction video to learn how to use the pedals properly. Do not use them on indoor exercise bikes, as those require a different, heavy-duty design.
