Wide lightweight resin body provides a large shoe contact area to maximize power transfer and support while reducing weight. Compatible with all Shimano SPD MTB pedal systems, allowing you to use Shimano SPD cleats on these pedals or use these cleats on Shimano SPD pedals. The tightness of the toe clip can be adjusted freely according to the size of your foot. SPD System is easy to clip into and release, providing a stable fit for maximum power transfer to the pedals.
